What data BotAppStore.com handles, how card payments are processed, and how refunds work.

Data handling

We don't share your data with third parties.

  • Bots run locally. Templates and runtimes execute inside your own Grok Bot /workspace sandbox or on your own machine. Credentials are stored in a local file with 0600 permissions and are not echoed in chat.
  • License check. A licensed bot checks its license with the license service by sending your license key and the SKU.
  • Per-bot detail. Each bot page lists exactly what, if anything, leaves your machine; many bots work with --offline and send nothing.

Payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page. We never see card numbers.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase. When a refund is issued, the license is revoked.
